REI by Finca Cortesin is the hotel's signature restaurant. Its cuisine is renowned for both exquisite traditional Asian dishes, as well as others that have emerged by fusing Asian with Mediterranean influences.
Guests are able to admire the Masterchef himself Luis Olarra at work in the kitchen as he prepares mouth-watering dishes; combining the highest quality seafood and raw materials, produce grown organically in our very own vegetable garden and Spanish cuisine classics.
Open for dinner from tuesday to saturday from 19:30 to 23:00h.
