KABUKI RAW is the hotel's signature restaurant, awarded with one Michelin Star and has a total of two Suns in the Spanish Repsol Guide , the Kabuki Group is a world leader in Japanese cooking with five restaurants and a total of four Michelin stars.

Kabuki cuisine is known for its pure orthodox Japanese dishes along with others that have emerged as a result of Japanese and Mediterranean influences.  The use of prime raw materials and the simplicity with which the food is elaborated offers a unique flavour.

Kabuki Raw: open for dinner only.

The restaurant will open every week from Tuesday to Saturday from March 1st  until November 26th  2016. Except the following special dates:

Easter week:  from 22/03/2016 until 27/03/2016. The restaurant will be open daily.

May Bank Holiday: Sunday 1st 

Summer: from 31/07/2016 until 28/08/2016. The restaurant will be open from Tuesday to Sunday.
