Kabuki Raw is the hotel's One Michelin Starred signature restaurant. Its cuisine is renowned for both exquisite traditional Japanese dishes, as well as others that have emerged by fusing Japanese with Mediterranean influences.
Guests are able to admire the Masterchef himself Luis Olarra at work in the kitchen as he prepares mouth-watering dishes; combining the highest quality seafood and raw materials, produce grown organically in our very own vegetable garden and Spanish cuisine classics.
Open for dinner only, from Tuesday till Saturday / July & August also open on Sundays from 7pm till 11pm
Opening time: from 1st March to 1st December 2019. Reopening on the 24th December 2019
